These cat-a-licious ingredients will be needed:
- 3-4 tablespoons of catnip
- 1/4 cup of rice flour or whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of wheat germ
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1 egg1/3 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of molasses
- 1/3 cup of whole milk
Cooking, Serving and Storing Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Alternately mix the dry and wet ingredients together to make a dough.
- Flour a flat surface and a rolling pin. Roll some dough to a 1/4 inch thickness.
- Use a cookie cutter or a knife to cut the dough into your shape of choice.
- Place the cookies on a slightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Put the rest in the freezer for longer term storage.
